eyebrow pencil

One of the products I've been waiting to launch the most is this eyebrow pencil!!

The thinnest I could produce for you,

The pencil comes with 2 sides, one side a brush for combing the eyebrows, the other side the pencil.

The pencil comes with a rotating head, because the pencil is thin, do not take out a lot of material so that the head does not break.

How to use:

Filled in the eyebrows for the desired look? Note that the material must be placed on clean eyebrows without any material on them

(It is preferable to apply face cream after using the pencil)

Creams and oils of any kind may damage the durability.

Color: dark brown, light brown will be launched soon.

Is the product licensed by the Ministry of Health?
